What you pay outside our invoice
Your domain name is about $20/year and you own it. Shopify (only if you sell products online) is about $42/month, billed by Shopify. Everything else — hosting, SSL, security, backups — is covered in your care plan.
Payment terms
30% deposit to lock your build slot and begin. 70% balance only once the site is approved and you're happy — you don't pay until you're proud of it. Care plan billed monthly, cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. All prices AUD.

Is the price really fixed?
Yes. We agree the full price on your strategy call, before any work starts — never hourly, no surprise invoices. If the scope changes, we tell you the cost before we do it.
Is there a payment plan?
Projects are split into a 30% deposit to begin and 70% on launch — and you only pay that balance once you're happy with the site. Ask on your call if you'd like to spread the build cost further.
Do I have to take a care plan?
No — care plans are optional and chosen after launch. You own your site outright either way. Most clients take one so hosting, security and updates are handled for them.
